What this site collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and uses no analytics that identify you. Fonts and all other assets are served directly from this site — no third-party font service or CDN receives your IP address.
The contact forms
If you submit an assessment or download request, or email us, we receive what you send — such as your name, work email, company, estate size, or role. We use it to answer that request. We do not sell your details. Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by a form-relay service that processes them for delivery.
PTxray report uploads
If you send a report from the upload page, we keep the file plus the name, email, and optional phone you entered so an engineer can write a Blueprint and reply. The file is stored privately; it is not published. A notice of the upload is emailed to us. We do not sell what you send. To delete the file and those details, email hello@powertruesystems.com.
Retention & questions
Correspondence is kept as ordinary business records. To have your details removed, email hello@powertruesystems.com and we will delete them.
Who we are
This site and the services described on it are operated by CJDM LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, under the trade name PowerTrue Systems. Business email and documents are handled in Google Workspace; as a matter of policy, we do not transmit protected health information by email.
